wood (oak), glass (wine bottle)
Two materials and functions are combined in this container (for nuts, marmalade, etc.), with a lid that is also a spinning top game. A lid of the right size was placed on the ground and polished glass cut from a wine bottle. The lid is lathed from old timber from used fence posts. The characteristic curved bottom of the bottle is reflected in the shape of the top.
